The September edition of the Manifest/MM&K Total Remuneration Survey was released this week and includes updates from companies with March and June year-ends.

The survey is unique in taking into account the changing mix of compensation from salary and bonus to a total mix of pay where 80% is performance-related. Detailed commentary and analysis makes it easy to get a clear understanding of the similarities and differences between pay structures at companies ranging from the FTSE100 to the Fledgling, Small Caps and AIM.

The combination of total remuneration and the most timely & accurate data make report an essential resource for anyone involved in the executive reward process be they institutional investors, remuneration committee members or HR directors.
